Georgetown is the Williamson County seat, on I-35 north of Round Rock, with a historic courthouse square at its centre. It has been among the fastest-growing cities in the country for several years, and new communities now reach out in every direction from the old town.
That growth means choice. More builders are active here than in almost any other city Bryant covers, from starter homes to larger move-up plans, and they watch each other's incentives closely.

These are the builders and developments Bryant tracks in each city. A builder can stop or start selling in a city or a development at any time, and not every builder has a home on this week's sheet. Builders change their incentives often, and we update this site as often as we can, so confirm current terms with Bryant before you rely on them. Builder and community names belong to their owners, and this is not the official site of any builder.

Questions buyers ask about Georgetown
What kinds of new homes are in Georgetown?
Georgetown has one of the widest ranges in the metro: entry-level builders on the east and southeast sides, and move-up builders in the master-planned communities to the west. The builders Bryant tracks here are listed on this page.
Do new homes here carry a MUD or PID tax?
Many newer Georgetown-area communities sit in a municipal utility district or a public improvement district, which adds to the property tax rate. Each listing shows the tax rate the builder stated where it was provided, and the estimated payment uses it.
How is the drive to Austin?
I-35 is the main route, and SH 130 is the toll alternative on the east side. Drive it at the time you would commute before you decide; Bryant will tell you honestly what it is like.
