Start with your monthly budget.
Tell me the payment you are comfortable with. I help compare homes, builder incentives and financing terms with the builder and lender, so you can see what fits.

I work for you, not the builder.
The builder's sales team represents the builder. As your buyer's agent, I represent your interests and negotiate on your behalf.

I negotiate for the better deal.
Builders rarely print their best offer on the sign. I ask for it.
My buyer commission guarantee
My guarantee: I will not charge you a buyer-agent commission, even if the builder does not pay me.
Before touring, we sign a buyer representation agreement. I will explain my commission guarantee and put the agreed terms in writing. Your down payment, lender fees and other purchase costs are separate.
