Getting around

183A Toll into north Austin · CapMetro Red Line terminus at Leander Station · Cedar Park and the Domain by car

Bryant Armstrong, Sales AgentLPT Realty, LLCAustin, Dallas metro, Houston and San Antonio

Leander sits at the north end of the Austin metro along US 183 and the 183A toll road, and it is the end of the line for CapMetro's Red Line commuter rail. It has been one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Texas for a decade, which is why so much of the region's new construction is here: master-planned communities with new schools, parks and trails, and builders competing hard on incentives to keep their move-in ready homes moving.

Bryant's LPT Realty office is in Leander, so this is home turf. If you want a new build within reach of north Austin's employers without paying north Austin prices, this is where the conversation usually starts.

Builders in Leander

Bryant compares these builders for you and negotiates on your side. Tell him which ones you like and he will check what each has ready and what they are offering.

These are the builders and developments Bryant tracks in each city. A builder can stop or start selling in a city or a development at any time, and not every builder has a home on this week's sheet. Builders change their incentives often, and we update this site as often as we can, so confirm current terms with Bryant before you rely on them. Builder and community names belong to their owners, and this is not the official site of any builder.

Questions buyers ask about Leander

Which builders are active around Leander right now?

The builders and communities on this page come from Bryant's weekly sheet. If a community you are watching is missing, text Bryant and he will check the current inventory and incentives with the builder.

Do new homes here carry a MUD or PID tax?

Many newer Leander-area communities sit in a municipal utility district or a public improvement district, which adds to the property tax rate. Each listing shows the tax rate the builder stated where it was provided, and the estimated payment uses it.

How fast can I close on a move-in ready home?

Move-in ready homes are built and can typically close in about 30 to 45 days with the builder's lender, subject to your qualification and the builder's schedule.
